On the positive side, the resort is conveniently located near a small night market and is just a short walk away from the beach. The friendly, family-run business provides a nice breakfast and offers comfortable bungalows that are almost new and very nice.

Some guests complained about the rude staff and the poor standard of the rooms, which were not as advertised in the pictures.

tip anda resort exceeded our expectations during our stay in ao nang. the location was perfect, close to the beach yet private and quiet. the staff were amazing and the pool was on our doorstep. we enjoyed spending time around the pool and the well-maintained garden added to the charm of the resort.

Although the tides were strong, the beach was just a short walk away. We were impressed by the accommodating staff, particularly Bowii at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. The spacious and comfortable bedroom and en suite were a highlight, and the resort's proximity to the beach, bars, and restaurants was a bonus. The pools were also a great place to relax and unwind. Lastly, we appreciated the family-run atmosphere and the delicious breakfast provided. Our bungalow was almost brand new and had a lovely design. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the center, but the beach was only 2 minutes away.
